For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with a total value of PKR 20,000 or above, a 20% advance payment is required before the order is processed. Our team will contact you with the payment instructions after the order is placed.

Orders are processed only after payment requirements have been fulfilled. For COD orders requiring an advance payment, processing begins once the advance has been received.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ZEBAAS STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
ZEBAAS STUDIO does not provide a pickup service. Customers are responsible for returning items to our warehouse using a courier service.
Exchange requests are processed within 4–5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has passed inspection.
Customers must email their courier receipt or tracking information after shipping the return.
All return, exchange, and refund requests must be made via zebaasstudio@gmail.com. Requests made through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms will not be processed.
